Camping

We went on a nice little camping trip over the weekend, and this place was only about half and hour away from home. It had a river, but no fish, it was too shallow and rapid for any fish – well, I didn’t see any anyway - One funny thing was the campfire, we had been at the campsite from about noon until about 8, no fire, but right after we put some wood and paper into the firepit, it started smoking, so after some coaxing (about an hour) we were finally able to start a fire -a magic fire. -  We also saw a lot of butterflies, birds and some squirrels. A deer actually came down grazing near our campsite shortly after we started our magic campfire and in the morning I saw quite a few humming birds flying over the river. It was a very relaxing trip, I’ll put up some photos.
