Update

It's been a while since I updated my blog. I have been fighting with depression recently so I just didn't feel like writing. After trying for a while to fix myself I finally came to the conclusion that I may need more help, so I have recently started seeing a therapist. I've only seen her 3 times so far, but she has already helped me quite a bit, sometimes we just need a push in the right direction. :)

Last month was Kylee's 6th birthday and I had a very hard time with it. Losing Caitlyn last November had stirred up quite a few emotions, then to have Kylee's birthday on top of it was really hard. During this time I also decided to go ahead and name my first lost baby. I decided on Avery Kai since I like the name Avery for a boy or girl I felt like it was appropriate. So now I have 3 of my 5 losses named, and although I did technically lose 5 pregnancies the other two didn't even develop far enough to see an embryo, so I doubt I will actually name those two since I'm unsure about those pregnancies, I'm not even sure that a baby had started to develop at all. - Yeah, I think I'm the only person that could take something that seems as black and white as baby loss and manage to find a gray area. :/

Tyler is 2 and a half now and is getting more and more fun! He talks all the time now although I can't understand half of what he says, it's very cute to listen to. He is getting quite good at reading - yes reading! I discovered he could read some words just a couple months after his second birthday, I would be reading him a bedtime story and he started pointing at words and telling me what they were -lol- My super smarty boy! He can also spell some small words too, including cat, dog, cow, up, car and even his name. He is getting more social and now too and has also recently learned to climb to the top of those play places at McDonalds. We also recently changed his crib into a bed, and he did great with the change! He was very excited to have a bed! - I just love that little guy so much!!!

In other news, last week my husband was in a car accident with a semi-truck! He was driving home when the truck hit him on the back left and sent his car swerving all over the road. He says the only thing he remembers was seeing the airbag and hitting a cement guard rail on the overpass. He was lucky the road was clear or he would have hit someone else, and he's lucky that when he hit the guard rail he didn't go over the top of it! He is honestly quite lucky to be alive! Someone must have been watching over him!
